It’s such a nice feeling to see something that makes you happy. At times, when you or your day is not at its best, a picture can lift your spirits and bring on a smile or a much needed chuckle. Let others share this experience. Send it to people who would consider the picture relevant or it just might be weird to them. Strangely, what’s not weird is sharing it on social media with an explanation as to why this makes you happy. People do it with flowers, babies and wedding anniversaries ALL the time. So, don’t hesitate.

You can just post it with a comment or if you're an FB (Facebook) user, you can make it your background.

This action will inevitably bring happiness. Focus on the positive here. If the moment was right before something bad that happened or the picture is of a person is no longer around for whatever reason, KEEP HAPPY THOUGHTS. *Eric Baker of Times Magazine highly recommends it. When you refrain from letting yourself fall into the negative before or after of the moment, you’ve lost the point. Keep your thoughts on that person in that moment and ride it ‘til the sun comes down.

Have good times with this. Remember, liked we learned in challenge , this moment is to be lived to move forward with feelings of love and gratitude. Keep that heart space thriving.
