I practice yoga everyday if I can. I have realised so much about myself through this daily practice. Some days I have to really push myself to just do 10 mins, and when I have pushed through the urge to just sit on my ass and watch TV I am grateful, so within this I have seen how the following words which are regularly a part of the yoga practice translate into everyday living:
- balance
- flexibility
- focus
- confidence
- stability
- commitment
- strength
- stamina
- disciplined
I have noticed that when I am not applying or attempting and working on applying one of the words in my daily life I struggle within it in my yoga practice.
So over the next posts I am going to look at how I apply myself and how I define and live those words. I will report on my findings as I develop in my practice.

Yesss, pushing through the urge, and taking control. I am planning on getting to a point where my body craves meditation as much it craves looking at my phone etc etc :)
