In Life Something Never Happen When We Extra Conscious About It...!!

Hi Friends !! I am Aryan from small town Madhubani, India . I am a software engineer and working in new delhi , i have also created hundreds of videos on YouTube on Computer Science , Social Issues , Motivation , Communication skills etc...

Before College Life..

After finishing my graduation i came to New Delhi from my small town (Village) , i came here with big dream in my eyes... . My Dream was to Crack CAT(Common Admission Test ) one of the toughest competition in india to get into the IIMS(Indian Institute of Management) , but i want to share my weakness with you guys...i had never share it on any social plateform , I was suffering from Stammering , i was not able to speak in front of group , In year 2009 i joined TIME Institute one of the best institute for CAT preparation , but again due to my stammering problem i was suffering with depression , so many questions was coming in my mind , How can i face interview ? How i will crack Group Discussion..? these questions was really killing me .
i wrote CAT 3 times ...even getting decent perccentile...i could not join any medium level college . But getting into the IIMS was my dream , so i completely changed my career .

My Brother's Suggestion...

My brother who is Project Manager in software company suggested me , why not to choose software fields here no need to have great communication skills , your programming skill will define your success , so finally he prepared me for entrance test , i did well and get into good MCA(Master of Computer Application) college .

My College Life...

During my MCA, I spend 2.5 year In Chandigarh beautiful city of India , make many good friends , but you can not ignore you communication skill , due to my stammering problem, i used to sit quitely in the class , when teacher ask any question , inspite of knowing answer , i avoid to speak , this was killing me from within , and i can't write in words how much affort i was putting to eliminate stammering problem , but something never happen in your life when you extra concious about it !!

My First Job In Software Company......

After completing my MCA i went back to New Delhi for job , study hard to crack any interview but was not selecting due to stammering , i was not able to communicate properly , but did not quit i tried again and again , i failed 21 times to crack any interview ... but finally my days has come .. i faced all 7 round and finally cracked interview in one of the best software company in india , i could not sleep that night because of happiness and success , i was jumping in the room with my family member..finally i got it !!!

On Overcoming Stammering

Stammering or Hesitation is the biggest enemy of personal growth , so do not be extra conscious about , leave life in such a way that your enemy(stammering/hesitation) does not exist , and say again and again my My Capabilities are more stronger than my Weakness . When i stop caring about my stammering , it gone....!!!!
