If you don't know what tasks need to be accomplished, you won't be able to do any work.
Invest in a planner or start using your phone's calendar app.

We procrastinate because the task at hand appears to be too difficult.
Setting simple, attainable goals rather than a large, vague strategy makes it much easier to get started on a task.
By breaking down your goals into smaller, more manageable tasks, you can make them less intimidating and more achievable.
Checking off more tasks as you go will make you feel more accomplished and motivated to keep going.
Setting goals before the start of each task is an excellent method.
