Self Talk Shapes Your World

Self-talking to yourself is something we are constantly doing most of the time whether we realize about it or not and it has a lot of influence to the person we become overtime. One thing I learned to do is self-checking my thoughts and what i say to myself every hour of the day. It sounds a like a lot of work, but this helps you to redirect your energy where it needs to go. Over time, the self-checking decreases because you are training yourself to have a positive mind which eventually makes you feel better everyday of your life.

Most people don't even realize the negativity they say to themselves everyday. For instance, while looking yourself in the mirror and focus on what you don't like about yourself all the time, when you focus on what you don't want for your life instead of focusing on what you want for your life or what you can do to improve your personality.

You can use self-talking to learn many things, like a language, a song, the exam for the next day, analyzing your day, analyzing people or experiences you had during the day. Self-talking really plays a big part of who we are and who we are becoming for the future.

The sad part is that people do this everyday and have not idea they are shaping their world whether is for the positive or negative. Self-talking awareness helps you to be awake to what is going around you and the world. I learned to speak the English language by talking to myself all the time for 3 years straight. My family thought I was going crazy, but in the end, it worked perfectly to learn how to speak the language.

Be mindful to what you're saying to yourself because you are shaping your world.
