Why study semiconductor = essential in electronics, its everywhere.
Controlling electron movement is very important. Without transistor, we cannot do anything today.

How electrons move in a solid material?
Why is there an energy band in a solid material?
how to produce electronic devices?

variations method = DERT (Doping, Energy, Radiation, Temperature)

movement of excess carriers in solid?
process the silicon wafer -> cut them into pieces

basic unit of one transistor = SDG (source drain gate) 사단장
