Sense makes cent's....

We have to realize that this world is run largely by the human fiscal enterprise. As such, we have to figure out how to make money in ethical ways. Money made non-ethically actually eats away at your soul. Makes you feel like hell and doesn't help your community. Having done anything to assist the world through your enterprise you become a negative drain on the system. I always advocated for 50 state fiat (although I now understand why this politically would never be allowed to happen).

I still think we should start minting our own currencies or trading amongst ourselves somehow. With a barter system, there is no need for overt taxation... Not using crypto -that's trackable/tainted. But finding a way to trade with one another in a tangible sense is very important for our future. Without a barter system in place, then we are beholden to a money system we have absolutely 0 control over. We are again at the behest of royalty running our system, even though we supposedly fought a war to prevent this from being the case.

Nevertheless, if you have a local trade/barter system in place then nothing can totally destroy your way of life. If you can't use the dollar, then yes international commerce will tank, but for those who are smart, local commerce can thrive. The way that America was a badass early on, was developed through local competing currencies. This also happened during the Renaissance in Europe. Its a sure fire way to reinstate the middle classes. We just have to figure out the systems to make them work for our communities. I tried to work on this in my book Startup Fever, but it's a conversation that needs to continue. We shouldn't put our entire lives in some bureaucrats hands... These systems are a recipe for stupidity. We can do it much better if we keep it local and do it ourselves.
