Blood Drive Review

I have recently been watching the series Blood Drive. Set in the distant future of 1999. In this dystopian post-apocalyptic world, most people's can only their miserable lives through an illegal race called Blood Drive, due to the fact that all the cars in the race run on blood.

As you may have gathered, this series does not take itself too seriously. It delights in over the top scenery-chewing villains, tons of gore, and a plot that barely hangs together, but provides a framework for all the violence, sex and excess you could want.

The characters provide just enough depth to maintain interest, without distracting from the sheer wanton excess of the series. If you enjoy B-Movies, you will enjoy this series. It kind of manage to ditil what makes them enjoyable. A fari warning: You will need to suspend disbelief, hard.
