I've told people on G+, FB, Twtr that I bought a nice guitar with my earnings. Still not much interest. Maybe I need to buy a car or something. Almost could if I cashed it all out.

I content myself with the view that a lot of the 'circle' of people I know on social media have a narrow scope of subject matter. Predominantly Linux or Pi stuff so they might struggle on Steemit where a broad spectrum of subject matter is probably the most successful formula.

They could make this a place to discuss such topics. If/when we get communities it may be better for that. That's when it could become the next reddit.
My last few posts have done well. Seems I have a whale supporting me, but they never post anything. I'm saving up some SBD for my trip to Lisbon. If you get some more big ones then you won't need my delegated SP. I hope you are using it to support some people.

I have a few people I always support. I want them to get up a level. You can use one of the auto vote services to do this. May as well use up your voting power to do good. If you don't use it then it really is wasted

As you know, I'm a member of @shadowbot they/it has the ability to use my voting power automatically. I did make some suggestions early on that I'd prefer my votes to go to krill etc. and shadowbot accordingly made the appropriate changes. Now I'm not saying that was because of anything I may have said but as we all know I am a fairly influential individual in the sociofoss community. :-)
