Seriously? - "Your customer care is appalling!."

Customer: "I need to speak with someone in authority. Your customer care is appalling!"

Me: "Sure, how can I help?"

Customer: "I sent an email to your stupid ticket system this morning and you guys haven't had the decency to call me!"

Me: "I'm terribly sorry, about what time did you send it?"

Customer: "About 9:40am"

Me: "Hmm? What subject did you give the ticket?"

Customer: "Emails are not working."

Me: "Sorry?"

Customer: "Emails are not working!"

Me: "Umm? If your emails are not working we won't have received the email"

Customer: "Look! You host our emails so you should be able to see them!"

Me: "Umm? It doesn't work like that, no emails are leaving your Server so that's why we haven't responded because we never got your email."

Customer: "So what's the point of a ticket system then?"

Me: "Because for situations like this you can either log into the web portal or, like you are doing now, give us a call."

Customer: "Look! I don't have time to argue with you, just get it fixed."

Me: "Certainly, I'll just make out a ticket for you."

So customer intelligence is not improving then.

BTW I'd say the Steemit tag is not appropriate for this. Try #oc for original content (although I'd say it should all be original). Have you looked at the tribe tokens you can earn? There may be one for humour.

These 'tags' are starting to be annoying. People should use Tags to not only help other users find the work but also to highlight any crossover with other Steamians work. I don't have time to learn what #stem or #oc means and as for "Tribes" what is this, Lord of the Flies? Jesus, it was bad enough with "Steem Monsters" now there's "Tribes" 🤦‍♂️

They have some uses. 'Tribes' is just a name. It's a way to actually find relevant content and it earns you something. Things may change again with SMTs when they are ready. It's still a work on progress.

So why not just use Categories? Tribes, sounds like some sort of Team building training session. LOL

Should I even bother trying to explain? It's there if you want to look.

Hmm? Probably only interested in #STEM
