The dutch 'high'ways.

Are the best highways, yet we pay alot of tax of using a car only. Therefore we have insurance otherwise you can't go on the road because you'll get a ticket.

Max speed limit 120/130 if you beyond that you'll get a 10euro for every km/h you have reached above the 130.
So everyday i have to take te same road with exact same speed limit.
