The Church of Corinth was one of the most beloved Christian communities for the Apostle Paul, because he was fortunate enough to be able to remain there for at least a year preaching the word of God without any difficulty, as recounted in the Book of Acts.
Despite this great friendship with the faithful christians of Corinth, this did not prevent disputes from arising due to the spread of heresies, and for this reason, Paul wrote two epistles. And as is typical of every Christian preacher, Paul did not threaten, lie, or slander; but rather he persuaded and invited believers to persevere on that path, which is the path of the gifts and the spirit, because everything else at some point becomes heresy.
And the apostle of the gentiles in his Second Epistle to the Corinthians intended to explain the origin of his ministry to make clear the importance of his spiritual words. And this is why Paul wrote about the importance of the free grace of Lord Jesus, which he personally received from Christ through a heavenly vision while on his way to the city of Damascus.
And with these words, Paul made it clear that his authority, like that of the apostles, did not come from men but rather from that wisdom from above that transforms men with his spiritual gifts:
"Christ makes us sure in the very presence of God. We don't have the right to claim that we have done anything on our own. God gives us what it takes to do all we do. He makes us worthy to be the servants of his new agreement that comes from the Holy Spirit and not from a written Law. After all, the Law brings death, but the Spirit brings life" 2 Corinthians 3:4-6.
The Kingdom of God as transmitted by the first Christian preachers consists neither in practicing virtue nor in keeping the commandments, but in living the gifts given by grace as Paul taught.
