Has anyone tried using any of the complaint management software mentioned there? I'm curious about how effective these tools are in handling and resolving customer complaints. They seem to be user-friendly and efficient. I'm interested in knowing if they can integrate smoothly with our existing systems. I'm thinking about trying Tidio, it seems nice.
