Dear Sir or Madam,

GREYHOUND DREAMLINER BUS ATTENDANT: COMPLIMENT FOR SERVICE RENDERED ON 30 MAY 2018 and 1 JULY 2018

My grandmother, Mrs. Miemie Reeders and I would like to extend our compliments to the bus attendant/stewardess of the Greyhound Dreamliner bus she was a passenger on from Hopetown in the Northern Cape to Johannesburg on the morning of 30May 2018 and 1 July 2018.

My Grandmother is 88 years old and we were concerned about her wellbeing during such a long journey, especially since she had to get a connecting bus to Nelspruit (Mbombela). As a precaution we booked her on a business class seat on the Dreamliner bus and arranged for a fellow passenger who also boarded in Hopetown to keep an eye on her and who also traveled to Johannesburg, and for her daughter to meet and help her in Pretoria where she had to catch the connecting bus to Nelspruit.

When the bus arrived we were warmly greeted by the bus attendant and we could immediately speak with her about the care of my grandmother. She was open and welcoming even though she already had a long stint behind her traveling from Cape Town. She took my grandmother by the arm and escorted her to her seat while I deposited her luggage at the back of the bus with the driver.

According to my grandmother the bus attendant constantly enquired about her wellbeing. Upon arriving in Johannesburg the attendant helped her to the correct next connecting bus by walking with her to the bus, helping her to her seat and then she made sure that her luggage was also sent to the bus. These were extra things she did not have to do and according to my grandmother excellent service without which she would not have been able to cope on the long journey.

We must compliment her warm and excellent service and we hope she continues to do same for a long time.

As my grandmother is elderly she cannot remember the name of the attendant, so please go to the trouble to trace her and extend our compliments to her.
