When you Loose 2 Days Worth of Edits (1).png

That is how I feel right now!!!

I was so sure I saved it all. Must have pushed the wrong option and it all reverted back to the raw file. Note to self, always download as a mp3 file as work in progress backup :(

Oh, that happened so many times to me! Always deleting pics i shouldn't 😅

i was seriously bummed. I was already late publishing the podcast since an interview I had planned to spend one hour on turned into three hours. After that, I was too tired to work more on it. So, this morning, I recorded the intro and was going to put it all together - and shock. No edits on the file. And no other version anywhere to be found. :(

Whether it be a text file, an image or any other format, I prefer to create a new "redundant" file to store the edits.

I'll also create a new redundant file if I am not confident that the next set of edits are going to turn out OK.

That being said, I know how it feels to lose hours of work. My sympathies!

Thank you for the sympathy and the backup tip.

Sending hugs

Thank you, my friend!
