It's really great. Look at the leaderboard section in share2steem. You can figure out lots of ways o get a higher vote. The easiest by far is comment as much as possible on share2steem posts. so just click on the #share2steem in your own post and it will take you to the list of posts. I usually then click on new posts and fire away. You will earn a big fat vote in no time.
Downvoting a post can decrease pending rewards and make it less visible. Common reasons:
