Hi everyone!

Before trying this one be sure you have warmed up before hand. This is a plyometric push-up and anytime your leaving the ground explosively like this means that you had better prep those muscles ahead of time!

        I love learning all the different types of push ups to change things up. But Im not quite at this level yet.

          Another wonderful push up variation 💪🙌. And do I think steem will explode, yes of course it will. I remember the last run when it came close to ten dollars. Everyone was ecstatic and the number of steem posts and comments at an all time high😎

              That’s an interesting push-ups. Wil. Will take me forever to get that in the right way or maybe not even at all. I don’t know. I can give it a try and see.
              And on to BTC. I saw the price today was at 9.6k. Isn’t that interesting, but I heard it will go down . So I don’t know.
