Drinking a Samuel Adams Cold Snap

by Boston Beer Company

It is ok.
I guess I was really expecting a White lager.
I thought I would like it with a bowlful of chili, but I don't.
I have five more to drink so I hope I find a good food pairing.
For an ale with coriander, I think it would be better with citrus hops.
Rated it 2.75 on Untappd.

Cold snap is a classic by Sam Adams. It’s nothing special, but is a easy drinker.

Hey @cryptictruth, do you have any advice on what food pairing I should try with the Cold Snap?

Bacon or pancetta pasta is what I have paired with it.

I have tried Cold Snap, it is pretty good but like most seasonal beers, not a high marker for me. Nice start. Good luck on the challenge.
