Minnowbooster has an auto-promote feature but has yet to figure out how it works.
It is a bit as the winds blow, I want it to promote my posts and it did for a while now it seems to do on my comments whits are not intentional, but it does not promote my posts only returns a lot "sorry we could not upvote your post..... "
