I like really strong black tea that is loose leaf. I actually boil my tea to make it stronger lololol and add spices like cinnamon, nutmeg, cardamom, and allspice and then add some cream.

It's true for my husband, he has a lovely round tummy....when we take a walk I say we must walk every day to stay in shape...he pats his tummy and says "round is a shape." Chores were given as punishment when I was a child so I grew up hating to clean. I got over this awful conditioning about 10 years ago when my husband and I retired. I no longer had to go to work and come home and work. I grew all our food and cooked, cleaned, canned, painted to my hearts content. I swear gardening, caring for my house and family, and living a simple life is the best medicine.

@dek-jal, If you want people to look at your post your comments need to be related to the subject and have a post that has good content and formatting.
