Relatives of the 40-year-old called in police after alleging to have caught him in the act.Local reports said they told cops he regularly used to try to have intercourse with animals including hens. Darryl Gene Scoggin was held on suspicion of animal cruelty after a witness claimed they saw him on CCTV with his trousers down and holding the goat. The witness told police he was "obviously having sexual intercourse with the goat". He is understood to suffer from alcoholism and is expected to undergo a psychological evaluation to determine whether he should face trial or be spared a criminal investigation and instead receive urgent medical treatment. He was detained after officers were called to a property in Oklahoma City at around 10:30pm local time.
