Therefore, sexuality is certainly possible but it is important to develop it without fear, something that not everyone who has an injury is willing. And, sex is a taboo subject in society, and it is even more so in people with disabilities. Therefore, there are people with disabilities who do not talk about it out of embarrassment and decide to give up their sexuality. The person with spinal cord injury has to learn that his body belongs to him, that he is the protagonist of his own life and he must feel that his erotic life is his and that he can live his sexuality as much as he wants. At the beginning you can have many doubts but do not forget that the body is wise, it's just a matter of daring, trying, taking it easy and sure that satisfaction will come.
