Hi guys Today lets look at something common among men folks. Research has it that every guy of the age of 20 above experience at some point this defect called PE and what exactly could be the causes?
PE could be as a result of Stress which reduces the testosterone hormonal level...the sexual pivot of men.
Another could be related to accidental fracture on the sexuality in man etc..
But our focus this morning is to see how we can curb PE. Firstly,I would advice not to let it get into your mind when your performance isn't enough for your partner. WORRYING SOLVES NOTHING.
Secondly, engage more exercise and walkouts.
Thirdly eat healthy food to boost libido Eg.more onion intake ,and reduce the intake of high cholesterol foods and take more fibre foods
Fouthly: spend time to relax and before sex,masturbate if necessary.
These and many more can help.
