Summer had come around again which meant one thing: long hot sleepless nights alone. She didn’t mind that he went away during the summer months; she understood it and during the day when she was working she was able to focus her mind on other things. But as night fell and insomnia kicked in there was little she could do to distance herself from the longing of his hands on her body.
