In fact Pakistani vibrant TV media was the first to highlight and whistle blow against this barbarism in 21st century.This event happened in "Kasur " which is the district of one the largest province Punjab in Pakistan.The ruling elit family know as Nawaz Family was also silent on it.Its a feudal area but thanks to media for the whistle blowing.Government is under pressure now and they are going to take action as reported on media.
