Some men adopt as a technique to “last” longer in sexual relations, by masturbating a few hours before. This reduces tension, which actually promotes overtime.
In this context, however, there is one fact that some of these men do not pay attention to: smegma.
Smegma is a secretion produced by Tyson's glands, located just below the glans. It is mainly made up of dead cells and fat.
The function of smegma is to lubricate the glans for intercourse, so your body secretes the substance during sex or even when you masturbate.
Therefore, for men who masturbate for some time before intercourse and clean their penis soon after, more smegma may be secreted after cleaning. So, since smegma is something that causes a strong smell, it is possible for a man to have sex with his partner with a bad penis.
The ideal in this situation is for the man to wait a certain time (at least 10 minutes) before taking a shower. It is also important that the cleaning of the penis is thorough (as it always should be) and that the area where the smegma is concentrated, just below the glans, receives special attention.
Moreover, it is always worth checking the condition of your penis just before intercourse. It is not always possible to shower before the act, and one is then subject to soiling that goes beyond smegma, such as sweat and the occasional splash of urine. And having a relationship with someone under those conditions is quite uncomfortable.
