Day 1

Today is the start. Today is when my story begins, again. Today I have been sexually sober. For me sexual sobriety means:

  1. No sex
  2. No masturbation
  3. No ejaculation

I give thanks to God, in the name of Jesus Christ, for this day of sexual sobriety.

Glory be to God for all things! Amen.
