Blac Chyna is scheduled to give evidence in court in relation to a car accident that occurred in 2015.
The 29-year-old star's white BMW had been loaned to her friend Paige Addison, who stars in TV show 'Boss Nails', in November 2015 and whilst driving allegedly over the speed limit in San Fernando Valley, California, Paige ran a stop sign and collided with an SUV, injuring two of the passengers inside.
At the time, witnesses said they saw two African-American women in miniskirts leaving the Beamer and Chyna - whose real name is Angela Renee White - was adamant she wasn't driving the car or even in it.
However, Jon Teller, the attorney for one of the injured passengers, has told TMZ that he is convinced Chyna in the car and potentially even driving, as she has not provided any evidence to suggest she was at home or provided a sufficient enough alibi.
Chyna's friend Paige told police that she was behind the wheel and that Chyna was not in the car. She was charged with felony hit-and-run and received a lawsuit, which also named Chyna, from an unnamed plaintiff in 2016.
Teller's client is looking for hundreds of thousands of dollars from the former stripper as his client's lifestyle has been severely affected by the crash due to injuries to her back, which may require surgery.
This news comes just days after Chyna filed a lawsuit against her former fiancée Rob Kardashian and his "powerful, vindictive family", in which she accused the Arthur George sock designer - the father of her 11-month-old daughter Dream - of being physically abusive in April.
However, Rob's lawyer Shawn Holley, who represents the Kardashian family, has vehemently denied the accusation, saying: "We have witness statements and other evidence which will demonstrate conclusively that it is Chyna - not Rob - who is the violent and aggressive abuser."
