FPL Schedule Analysis for Gameweek 27

The following is the analysis of match schedules in GW27.

After the winter transfer window closed on gameweek 26, some players performed very well and were immediately able to contribute to their new club, but some were disappointing. GW27 will roll back and it's time for us (FPL managers) to prepare the FPL squad.

Tottenham Hotspur vs Arsenal

In the last four gameweek, Tottenham unbeaten with two wins and two draws, and scored nine goals. At the same time, Arsenal is not very good with only two wins they won and two other defeats. Spurs have a good record when playing home this season, they are unbeaten in their 12 home games. It will be a bit difficult for Arsenal to win the game. But with Arsenal's sharp back midfield, they could have scored and held Tottenham's draw. Choosing the front players of both teams to be the choice we recommend in this match.

Manchester City vs. Leicester City

A draw with Burnley at the weekend, making Man City and Man United's distance points back to 13 points. This weekend they will face Leicester and a chance to win again. Manchester City also has a good record with unbeaten in 12 home games. Despite potentially losing, Leicester will be able to score goals in this match.

Newcastle United vs Manchester United

Newcastle failed to win a victory in the last four gameweek. While Man United managed to rise after a victory over Huddersfield at the last weekend after previously defeated Tottenham 2-0. Man United are seeded to win and grab the cleansheet because of the last six meetings, Newcastle failed to score against United. Especially this season United only conceded 18 goals and became teams with conceded least until GW26.

Chelsea vs West Bromwich Albion

Chelsea lost twice in a row with a big score that lost to Bournemouth 3-0 and Watford 4-1. Chelsea has the potential to gain victory to see West Brom now ranked 20th after losing out on Southampton the last gameweek. West Brom has also never won an away win since August 2017. While there is a chance of winning, Chelsea will only win by a slight goal difference.
