there is a latency (fatigue) of 5 minutes to posting. - automation, going faster, be more eager, be more aggressive, be more inventive are all discouraged.
again this account can never be changed in its shadowban status, there is no whatif statement to the algorithms on this website that gets your tainted steemit account (and your reputation) changed. So you need to make a new one.
try to change the telephonenumber associated with this account for making a new one. Chances are that again you'll need a new number to start with a clean bill of health (status: neutral).
