@shadowbot my account is messed up for months now. Not getting upvotes, out of casters list and it doesn't show my shadowrank anymore. I haven't changed any passwords or settings. And now it's showing that I have 1 shadowrank. I have been with shadowbot for 2 years and had a Shadow rank of 88 or 87. Please help!

Downvoting a post can decrease pending rewards and make it less visible. Common reasons:

    Our last upgrade last week fixed all the issues with accounts being deleted mysteriously. I'll have the team look up your old account and adjust your rank accordingly! Thanks for sticking with us!

      Thanks for the reply. I was really shocked to see all my shadowrank gone like that. Hope this gets fixed soon.
