My Dashboard hasn't updated in 8 days (mentions posts from 13 days ago as "5" days old).
The ticket system requires me to make a new account to submit one (really, getting another throwaway email is really cumbersome). Consider merging the shadowbot account credentials into a support ticket board with less outsourcing.

Downvoting a post can decrease pending rewards and make it less visible. Common reasons:

    We agree and are looking to add both together. Every member of shadowbot already has an email account with us for free. We just are working to integrate it all into our @shadowbook platform.
