The creation of the CIA; of the Shadow Government, & the central Node:
This is very important stuff to know. The CIA was created through, "The National Security Act of 1947." This made the CIA only accountable to the President "Harry Truman" at the time, through the National Security Council or the N.S.C. and of course as we all have heard the speech that he gave and the letter written that he truly regretted that.
Now this is the ticker here, this is what's important. This was the authority that was given to the CIA. This is what it says, "it Allows the CIA to "perform such other functions and duties, as the National Security Council may from time to time direct." There is no mention in there about legal authorization for covert operations - NONE! NO DEFINITIONS for what the CIA's role actually is - NO RESTRICTIONS placed on the CIA either. And, we can certainly see where that one went. Some of us might even feel it.
So, there is no congressional or democratic oversight over the CIA's creation, nor over it's current operations today. There is a serious constitution loophole, allowing for unchecked secrecy and unchecked covert operations going on all over the place. This is where false flag terrorism comes in; where psychological warfare comes in and where - just being a regular human being with certain beliefs of political views can make you into a target by some ruthless conspiracy. It's not, however, a conspiracy. This is real! People's lives are in danger, and people have been in danger because of the uncovering of what these people are doing. People have literally been dying all over this nation because of what the CIA's involvement is with corruption and these mass covert operations.
People need to understand that this is a serious violation of our constitution and we can see where it's left us today, including some serious human rights violations that are at play here through these so-called covert operations.
