The Shadow Hunter has been very busy this week and we have not had much sunshine but today the sun was shining and i was up in my gym this morning and it suddenly occurred to me sports shadows gym equipment this was last day to enter and i hope i have made it so this is what i came up with using my dumbbells and some weights hope you like if @melindalinda and hope i have made it in on time.

Yep it was a decent workout for sure especially trying to balance the two round weight plates to stand in that position but it was worth it thanks very much for choosing my photo :)))))
