To know our shadow self assists us in getting closer to Source
This is a journey to know thyself
Do not be afraid of our shadow, but experience what it share, and understand it in the light of love. So embracing this aspect of ourselves as one cannot be with out the other. Gather the knowledge this aspect shares with us, and operate in a place of gratitude to shift what is necessary
Shadow aspect is generally an aspect of us that feels disempowered and struggles on this journey. Working on the shadow aspect will allow healing to take place, when we can see knowledge and transcendence occurs, as this put us in a place of asking ourselves some very important questions. Operating in a place of gratitude will immediately transcend what is necessary.
