World Peace is Impossible if We Cannot Look Within

We cannot have world peace through changing the external. Whether it is through forcing change on the world, through introducing new laws or rules or forcing change on yourself, through becoming richer, faster, more beautiful, powerful or psychic. None of this will bring you or the world any lasting peace. Peace can only happen when we remove from our own eyes what stops us from seeing the light -- our own darkness.

One of the trickiest illusions or lies to see is OUR shadow -- the behavior, thoughts, feelings and beliefs we deny, repress or hide from ourselves. We see our shadow reflected in the world around us, in people and situations.

We all have a Divine Spark and this knowing of our true nature and birthright is embedded in our DNA and neurology. That's why we all seek joy and to be happy. It's like a homing beacon.

We are, however, our greatest enemy to knowing who we are. We think others are to blame for our misfortune and suffering. As long as we stay in our victimhood and deny our own shadow, we continue to blame others and give away our power. In this state we are also more prone to manipulation and being led around like sheep by those who know our weaknesses. Straight into the path of any wolves, which are merely the reflections of the wolf-like energies in us that we deny.

So, if you want to help the world, look within and connect to YOUR inner calm and Light. When you do that, you will be able to shine it in the dark spaces within you. You will see your own darkness and then be able to face it from a place of strength. You will learn to cast away the shadows which will disappear bit by bit. Then you will see the world change.
