I’m really enjoying your commentary. Have you ever seen Trevor Nunn’s Macbeth with Ian Mckellan and Judi Dench?
All the cast sat round a dark stage- getting up and walking into the light when they’re involved in the action, hardly any props and totally mesmerising. Amazing witches - but rather dribbley !

    I watched the whole thing on youtube a while back. Ian Mckellan is great. I also enjoyed the recent Macbeth movie with Fassbender, had a great soundtrack by The Swans.
