Im been having this pain in my foot for quite sometimes, never really got a chance to check it. Until today when i can't bear the pain. So dad hook me up with his friend who is a good massager.
According to my dad's friend, my foot was soo dense that he asked me "did you ever have a foot massage?" He then explained to me the important of foot massage, especially in my line of duty which require lot of walking here and there. After he done twist and pulling and massaging here and there, my foot feel great! Also still in pain 😂😂 he then said, you will feel better in a few days time, give your legs some good quality rest.
