DAY 38 SNAP.JPG

A beautiful spring day, a little exercise, and a lot of fun making these videos. Come on and join in, you know you want to! Today I did my "pushups" a little different. Kind of reverse pushups, wouldn't you say? I know that it exercised a whole different sent of muscles - biceps instead of triceps. I'm trying to work up to being able to do a chin-up, in case @nathanmar's next challenge is for chin-ups. Wouldn't want to be left out. But I hope not, because so far I can't even get an inch off the ground doing a real chin up.

Cool :) Now, turn your grip so that your palms face downwards, fingers point away from you before you fold them - as if you're climbing a rock or a fence. And you'll train another muscle group once again.

Also, if you want to make it a little easier and do a higher count, find a higher bar and put your feet closer to you, just below the bar itself. Will be like relaxing back a bit and closing in on the bar over and over for probably longer.

It's so easy talking or writing instead of doing it myself ;)

I like those pushups, we might make that a new thing lol
