Benefits of taking coffee daily

If we consume coffee on a regular basis, not in an excessive quantity, we may get certain health benefits. Here is a short list of the benefits. But if you are having a sleeping problem, suffering from palpitation or other forms of heart rhythm disorders, or pregnant, you should be careful about consuming more coffee.

  • The chances of development of gallstone and liver disease are less if you consume coffee regularly

  • The risk of stroke, heart disease and type 2 DM, 3 of the non-communicable disease are less in regular coffee takers

  • Parkinson's disease, one of the neurodegenerative disease which leads people toward disability; it's chance of development is much lower among them who are drinking coffee on a regular basis.
