Sheamus has had an injured back for a couple of years, which has limited him quite a bit in the ring. However, it hasn't stopped the Irish brawler from putting on bouts acclaimed by fans and critics alike.
On Ryan Satin's Out of Character podcast, Sheamus talked about his legacy in WWE and the wrestling world as a future goal. The man wants to be remembered for his quality:
"I want people to talk about Sheamus forever, you know what I mean? I want people, when they talk about WWE, to talk about Sheamus, The Celtic Warrior. I want to be unforgettable in the things that I do and, like I said, moving forward".
"When I hear people talk about 'Oh, Roman Reigns cut a great promo,' you know what I mean? Or Drew and Bobby and all that kind of stuff. I'm like screw that, I'm better than these guys and I'm going to prove that I'm better than these guys".
