A Bengali, Who was the founding father of Bangladesh. And also known as "father of the nation"(Bengali:জাতির জনক)(Bengali Pronunciation: Jatir Jonok). He popular by the title"Bangabandhu" (Bôngobondhu "Friend of Bangal")
Bangabandhu was the first President of Bangladesh. And Later Prime-Minister of Bangladesh.
Today I going to introduce him to you.
Birth and Early life
He was born on 17 March 1920. In a village named Tungipara under the Gopalganj district, the State of Bengal in British India, now it's in Dhaka division.
His father was Sheikh Lutfur Rahman and mother Sayera Khatun.
As his father was the clerk at gopalganj civil court. His early life passed in gopalganj.
At the age of 9, he admits into class three at Gopalganj Public School. After 2 years he admitted into class four in Madaripur Islamia High School. From the early age, he showed the potential of leadership. At the age of 22, he passes matriculation from Gopalganj Missionary School.
1944 he passed intermediate from Islamia College (now Maulana Azad College ). And pass B.A from the same college in 1947. Then he admitted into Dhaka University.
