New Positive Energy Boost!

I don't know about you but sometimes I go on autopilot. I think, more often than not, I don't even realize I am doing something in the middle of doing it. I was starting to think that life was stagnant and static. Boredom and frustration was creeping in. I felt like a shift was needed. Well, that shift is currently happening.
For the past few weeks I have made it a mission to be awake and to just BE. To stop the panic and relieve myself of burden.
I started by being more careful and aware of my body and my surroundings. What I started noticing was EVERYTHING! I noticed the birds and the buildings and people around me and it felt as if they were all under a magnifying glass. Today, I saw the sunlight in a different way. The raindrops all seem to matter. Everything is blown up way out of proportion and I love it! I never noticed until today that a small chickadee likes to spin the bird feeder while feasting on seed. It looks so happy and content. I started feeling a huge amount of gratitude and love for my husband...he has been noticing the changes in me. I am projecting some new kind of energy and it feels amazing! This new energy is helping me heal my aching body, ease my troubled mind and giving focus to my misguided energy. When I look at life around me with new vigor and excitement, it just breeds more of the same...I want to go out and see more and do more. I have a great fear of heights and this week found myself Googling ZIPLINES! What is going on? Whatever is happening inside of me, to cause this shift in my energy and to change my negative thinking as well as to shift my paradigm, is a welcomed change. I guess not a change as much as an evolving....from one thing to another...effortlessly. This will heal me and be the most important factor in my life to keep me heading in the right direction. Towards love, wealth, happiness, success and freedom. Isn't life grand? Go out and just BE with the source...contribute something wonderful to all of mankind.
