Smart Containers Group: refining container handling and logistics

In analyzing the implementation of science projects, it is important to scrutinize not only the purported but also the observable direct and indirect effect on man and his environment. Smart Containers Group bags two projects that have quickly moved to the top of my list.

The transportation of pharmaceutical and other temperature sensitive goods like fresh food has truly been a challenge for most transporting companies and firms. These goods are moved from the pharmaceutical factories where they are packaged, to airports or ships through vans and trucks. They are further shipped across countries and continents most times and then to dispatcher points and wholesalers. During all the transporting, the temperatures of these goods get tampered with and immediate depletion in integrity begins. In countries where there are active standard regulating bodies, a sizable fraction of these temperature sensitive products usually get disposed as the quality has been tainted; while in other less developed countries where substandard food and drugs goods are allowed to slip past the borders, the toll of this inevitable inefficiency is a tragedy.

As supposed, there has been increasing need for smarter ways to monitor and control container temperature and pressure in recent past, but the smartest way so far is manifest in the cutting edge high tech temperature sensitive containers made by Smart Containers Group. These containers detect changes in atmospheric temperature and humidity, insulate the goods and “shift the equilibrium” hereby averting any form of compromise with the temperature and humidity of these goods.
