A four-bedroomed family home in Essex has become the first house in the UK to be sold for Bitcoin.
The sale of the new property in Colchester, still under construction, should be completed early next week, according to developers Go Homes who are also selling a second home for Bitcoin .
The price is set in sterling at £350,000 but the payment will be made at the prevailing Bitcoin exchange rate on the day.
