On Wednesday’s some co workers and I try and hit this local food truck day.
It’s really awesome because they actually have gluten free stuff here and there are tons of different options and ethnic foods as well.
There is a nice event center you can go eat in and they have music and nice tables to sit. We went down to the wedding part and took a couple pics. Baby Anjel was the star of the show as always.
I really try and strive to shop locally as much as possible and empower the economy here in my town. As a local business owner myself, it’s imporgant to support other business owners too. I love Colorado Springs and all the many fun things it’s offers like our Wednesday food truck lunches.
