Something that I have been wanting to do for a long time is critique people's grocery shopping carts when they are at the check-out. Either the store would hire me, the individuals or a reality show. It would be educational, entertaining and/or embarrassing. Some people may use the information and go back to shop the perimeter to make better choices. Some will laugh and go about their jolly merry way. Some may be offended because they know better, believe organics/gmo issues are a joke, say they do not have enough money to buy healthy food or want to argue the value vs price.
Until my big break comes when I am discovered, please help me practice:
Send me a picture of your shopping cart. Include your blood type (A, B, O), temperament type (choleric, melancholic, sanguine or phlegmatic or what ever names used for the same characteristics), and metabolic type (apple, pair, box, rail, proportioned curves - determined by your hip to waist ratio). I will post characteristic and provide a shopping Dx. If you want the information sent to you only then include your e-mail or indicate that I should post and e-mail.
Examples:
Dx: Best Bargain (BB)
Look in the cart and you will see white. White milk, sugar, flour which comprise the majority of refined foods. Refined foods may also contain eggs, soy and loads of preservatives, colors and enhancers.
You generally see sodas, chips, ice cream and alcohol.
The health conditions will be related to food allergies, high inflammation and sugar cravings which lead to autoimmune diseases, diabetes, arthritis, thyroid, etc.
Conditions and symptoms may manifest depending on the individuals blood type, temperament and metabolic type.
On the other end of the spectrum is the Dx: Organic Overwhelm (OO)
Look in the cart and you will see green.
There are several types in the middle, two of which are:
Dx: Constant Carnivore (CC)
Dx: Ever Emotional (EE)
Things to remember:
To a great degree, you are what you eat and what you eat eats.
Genetics is 10% and your choices determine 80%.
A junk food junkie has just as much chance of surviving as a stressed-out health nut.
Your history is meant to refine you and not define you.
