I recently made a short film called Cowboy Joe, about a Chinese cowboy who stands up to his father for the first time.
I made this film because I've always wanted to stand up to my father and to show what it feels like to be rejected by a parent. Cowboy Joe tries to defy the odds but it's bitter sweet.
