Hello Jeff, I am also from the Midwest... pleasure seeing a neighbor on here. Your perspective on self-reflection is very contradictory to my own, but I love it. In my own perspective it is important to dissect the past and analyze, but I find myself dwelling on things in the past more often than I wish to do.
