Hi friends,
It is no secret that i like eating cheeseburgers. But did you know i like making them as well? The one below is presented on a brioche bun and dressed with ketchup & mustard on the bottom half, burger&cheddar, then onions, pickles and some of that Guinness brown sauce uk sent me a couple months ago.
It was delicious! And with the brioche bun buttered and toasted on the inside, soft and steamy on the outside — this bad boy didn’t stand a chance! Check it out:
So, #showmeyourburger! Bought at a resto or made at home — i don’t care — but please tell me how you order it, or indeed, how you make it “just right” when at home. Of course there’s no ONE CORRECT WAY to make a burger, but i’m sure some of you fat cats and skinny-elvis’ out there have got something to say.

Absolutely. I did my internship but was a union carpenter while going to school. When I was offered $11 an hour by “The Water Club” to be a saucier I laughed. I was making over $26 an hour at the time with full benefits annuity and vacation. None of that in the kitchen back then. No Food Network in the early 90’s. I like to be creative at all times. I’ve had my share....😀
